Job Description
Head of CCOR Tech and Cyber Strategy and Governance, Executive Director
JPMorgan Chase is seeking talented candidates for an Executive Director position in our CCOR Tech and Cyber Strategy and Operations team as the Head of Strategy and Governance. The team is part of the CCOR Technology and Cybersecurity (T&C) organization and is responsible for the successful execution of the CCOR Framework across CCOR T&C, as well as consistency and awareness of standards and priorities across the organization. The team also plays a critical role in key initiatives, senior management business presentations, governance of the program and the overall strategy for CCOR T&C, working closely with internal partners, including Finance, Audit, Legal, Control Group, and Human Resources.
The position represents an excellent opportunity for candidates to:
Drive execution of COOR T&C’s highest priorities and top strategic initiatives
Develop expertise in Risk Management, Technology, Cybersecurity, Resiliency, and Third Party Oversight
Partner with senior management across CCOR T&C and Global Technology
Key responsibilities: Leverage strong technical expertise to develop presentations for Senior Management, focusing on articulating key technology risks
Drive structured oversight of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Control Domain in Global Technology
Manage and oversee the CCOR T&C governance structure, development of the agenda and reporting across committees and forums (i.e., CTOC, GTOC, CCOR T&C Risk and Control Forum, etc.)
Lead coordination of issue escalation through our governance structure, driving the escalation of thematic technical issues
Drive oversight / reporting of the implementation of policies / standards owned by CCOR T&C
Support the development, execution, and coordination of our internal/external communications strategy for CCOR T&C related matters
Ensure holistic and consistent approach to key initiatives and reporting across the organization
Facilitate, as needed, in the project management of CCOC T&C Initiatives
Candidates must be able to demonstrate: Ability to explain technical processes and terms to non-technical members of senior management
Diverse problem solving / strategic initiative / project management
An outstanding ability to communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written)
Strong interpersonal skills – and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way, and achieve goals without direct control over resources
Work well in an unstructured environment with the ability to adapt quickly to change
Proven ability to execute and deliver results
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple deliverables
Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers
A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools (absolutely required)
