Our client is an exponentially growing NY-based digital marketing firm.  They are expanding their superstar team and are looking to hire a full-time talented Social Media Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of our client’s social presence
• Own development and execution of social media strategies
• Manage the day-to-day execution of social media strategy, including scheduling, posting, and community managing on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and other emerging social platforms
• Build and oversee the monthly content calendar to plan optimized content for each platform
• Develop social media campaigns for new launches, marketing campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
• Deliver weekly reports and recommend next steps
• Stay on top of latest social media trends and adapt them as required via quick experiments
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience growing online communities and developing social media campaigns with a proven track record of results
• Strong handle on each network and its best practices
• Strong social presence is an added bonus
• Creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to drive and influence decisions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to present information in group environments
• Excellent copywriter with the proven ability to be concise, yet impactful in brand voice
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends if needed
