Overview

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee KBR’s anti-corruption compliance program

  • Oversee and conduct due diligence on third parties

  • Oversee other anti-corruption procedures and processes including requests for approval of business courtesies, charitable contributions, and payments to third parties

  • Liaison with Business Units on anti-corruption issues

  • Coordinate and conduct training to cover anti-corruption related topics

  • Oversee and conduct corruption-related investigations as needed

  • Oversee and conduct anti-corruption due diligence for potential acquisitions

  • Oversee and conduct anti-corruption related integration for newly acquired entities

  • Preparation of reports for various audiences relating to anti-corruption compliance•International travel may be required (2-3 trips a year)

Job Qualifications and Skills Requirements

  • Licensed attorney with five (5+)  years Compliance / Regulatory Experience with a law firm or inhouse

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, other relevant anti-corruption laws, and compliance best practices

  • Strong communicator with employees of all levels

  • Ability to establish and maintain credibility and trust throughout the organization

  • Ability to quickly assimilate information relating to complex issues

  • Personal and professional maturity

  • Organizational knowledge

  • Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

  • Discreet, able to protect confidential information, and a high degree of integrity
