As thought partner for the Monetization Product teams, our mission is to support TikTok Monetization Product (including ads solutions & business ecosystems) to see trends and opportunities, make long term strategic decisions, and to create connections to enhance organizational synergies.
– Partner closely with Ads Measurement Product team to enhance product offerings through new product development or partnerships
– Establish multi-perspective and high-level thinking through researches, data analysis and working with various teams.
– Analyze trends to help product team discover opportunities and build solutions
– Build refined revenue estimation capabilities for products, help product team to prioritize resources and goals
– Lead products and partnership teams in various regions to build a mature ecosystem, empower partners, and achieve sustainable high growth
– Coordinate the collaboration between the product and other cross-functional teams, ensure smooth information exchange, priority alignment, and effective execution so that the company achieves strong synergy.
Requirements: – Bachelor degree or above
– 5+ years work experience, familiar with advertising products on mainstream overseas platforms
– Preferably experience working with ad measurement products
– Understand global market regulations on data security, privacy and compliance
– Self-driven, strong curiosity, passion towards rapid growth, able to adapt to the high-intensity work rhythm
– Possess creative thinking ability, logical and structured thinking ability, strong strategic thinking
– Experience in cross-team project cooperation and communication, and able to work with international teams
