Our client, a privately held real estate investment management firm with $25+ billion in assets under management, is seeking to hire an Associate level Investor Services professional.


The individual will be responsible for the detailed review and processing of investor documentation, perform investor outreach, and analyze investor information as part of the investor onboarding and account maintenance processes. 


  • Work closely with investors, the Company’s fund administrator, wealth management platforms, custodians and financial advisors to ensure successful processing of new and existing investor paperwork 
  • Intake, process, and manage workflow related to subscription document, KYC and AML due diligence 
  • Conduct detailed reviews, track status, and update investor files throughout the onboarding process 
  • Reconcile trade files to ensure department records match to external party records 
  • Work directly with external back office personnel, investment advisors, and investors directly to collect documentation and remediate any deficient or missing information 
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure all Tax, AML/KYC, Legal and Compliance requirements are met for onboarding investors into the fund 
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s fund structures to ensure investors are onboarded into correct funds 
  • Assist with large-scale data management and clean-up projects related to investor data 
  • Deliver high quality service to investors and internal partners by providing timely and professional responses to inquiries  
  • Follow firm policies and procedures and comply with SOC II, Securities and AML laws and regulations 


  • 5+ years’ experience in investor services, investor relations, client onboarding or a related field (private equity, wealth management, financial services, fund administration, or in a legal capacity working with corporate transactions) 
  • Understanding of corporate entity structures strongly preferred (Corp, LLC, Foundation) and estate planning/retirement vehicles structures (Trust, IRA, 401k) 
  • Excellent excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, index match) 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment 
  • Must be proactive and possess solid follow-up skills with an ability to track aged
    or long term tasks 
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents 
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM platforms is preferred 
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet
  • Solid client relationship management skills
